Our Mother was under the care of Guardian Hospice for a month, and she received exceptional care from the Guardian Team. Highly recommend Guardian Hospice. We are deeply thankful for the care they provided to our aunt. A special thank you to nurse Iwona and CNA Margaret for their professionalism and deep empathy. The hospice itself may have turned out to be OK but I had a horrible experience in November with one of their hospice nurses, Kathy. She was extremely verbally abusive to me when she was on call and I requested my Mom be seen. She was angry she had to come and acted out of control, telling me to call 911 (my Mom was a DNR), saying we needed "a psych consult", asking why I left my Mom if I "cared so much about her".
