The hospice itself may have turned out to be OK but I had a horrible experience in November with one of their hospice nurses, Kathy. She was extremely verbally abusive to me when she was on call and I requested my Mom be seen. She was angry she had to come and acted out of control, telling me to call 911 (my Mom was a DNR), saying we needed "a psych consult", asking why I left my Mom if I "cared so much about her". I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Natali and Inna Guardian Hospice for the exceptional care and support they provide for my grandfather. They are both extremely professional, and compassionate, and treat all of their patients with care. We are thankful for their dedication. Guardian Hospice is lucky to have such wonderful caregivers in Inna and Natali.
These are the best people ever. I am so grateful after transferring from another hospice. I only wish they had been with me helping my mom in the past 3 months. Thank you to all the people at guardian
