Susan and Jim are just the best! Professional, honest and just all around fabulous people. They have helped us with so many recommendations for needs around our home. If I need anything done….they can do it or know just the right person who can. It is rare to find people who care as much about your needs as their own. You read about so many situations where homeowners are taking advantage of either by price gauging or bad workmanship but not with Susan and Jim. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We have worked with Susan and Jim Germany of Guardian Home Services for over 5 years. They have done monthly checks on our summer home when we are wintering in Florida. They are reliable and conscientious in their monthly checks.
