My service Technician was Johnny-Ray, he serviced my furnace, cleaned and checked explained that the blower motor needed cleaning and a switch that would aid in running. He was thorough, professional, personable. I would recommend guarding the people scheduling the service are absolutely the best, they recognized I had timeline and worked to schedule me.
The technician, Lissandro, came and fixed our AC which was such a huge relief during the hot summer, especially since we thought we were going to need to replace it. He was so kind, efficient, and highly communicative. Very reasonably priced and happy overall with our service
Guardian was a lifesaver - They came out on short notice for a quote and were able to come the next morning to install our new AC. Jonathan was a fantastic rep as well, very informative and helpful. Highly recommend.

I've used this company twice already and both times have been great! Last night, our A/C was not cooling our 3,000 sq ft house and with a toddler in the mix, we needed to get this fixed fast! With that being said, I called the next morning and they were able to be accomodating to my request of coming over to fix it.
