This place is all about the 'stats". Their literature says, " just let us know if you need to reschedule a visit". I had RN Lynn verbally attack me because I was sick and seeing doctors instead of her. It is OK when they are late or need to reschedule, totally one sided. This place was consistently late. The drama they create is off the chain. These places are seriously like nail salons, one on every corner. My PCP got me a new agency the same day this place discharged me for not being "home bound". I absolutely would not recommend your family or friends or any loved ones to go with this agency. It was the absolute worst experience. The nurse that came to do the evaluation did not discuss the risks of medication or blood clots, they sent a PT who simply said "I can't help you" and then for 2 weeks and 8 calls begging for OT help, they simply said, "well the PT said you don't need OT" when it was clear that both PT and OT was needed.
