My cousin was in their care they did absolutely nothing for her. She recently was sick they never called to inform the family that she was ill said she had pneumonia and was given medicine and her condition worsened and she was sent to Detroit receiving and immediately was put on a ventilator. Her remains are still at the morgue at Detroit receiving. How disrespectful. They never answer calls or return our calls.
I am a guardianship attorney and I am shocked at what this company did when the person in their care died. They treated the family of the client with incredible distain. Staff is unsympathetic and lacking compassion for the family of the person in their care. They treat clients as if they are supposed to understand the court system and if they make any mistake at all, they get a lecture.
