These fucks don't care what pain you are in! Refused to take me as a patient because they thought I was rude filling out their BOOK of paperwork that don't mean shit because they only listen to the referring doctor. Even told me my referring doctor talked about me! Personal information over the phone is ILLEGAL!! Hummm. Lawyer I'm thinking!

I LOVE all of the staff there! Dr. T is the star of the show! If it weren't for the people that got me into Guardian, Headache & Pain Management Institute then I don't know what I would have done but I do know that they are a very special group and that they help anybody that they possibly can and that's what makes them all All-Stars!!!
Dr. T and the staff are just very amazing people, caring and professional. He spends time in the room with you and his nurse to have your concerns answered and the visit properly documented. I have been here years now and he has been the only doctor able in my years of migraines, decades now, to find the root cause and follow a treatment plan and keep you informed and calm through the process.
I broke my shoulder in 1/2/16 and was off work until end of March and was in horrible pain and they got my records figured out the problem and I can now move my arm with no pain and was back to work right after truly amazing and can't thank them enough! Having neck and headache issues now but they are on the right track for even those so hope to have that relief gone in June! Truly recommend!
Dr.T improved my quality of life by getting rid of my headaches, I cannot thank him enough!

Dr Taimoorazy We we have been to several pain clinics In the State of Illinois. In additional we have been to mayo clinic. I have Found that DrTaimoorazy is excellent pain doctor. He also exemplifies an A+ personality. He takes his time with his patients and does not get in a hurry and he becomes your best friend. Me and my wife both See him. I don't believe you'll be disappointed with him or his results.
