I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this oil company after being a loyal customer for five years. I placed an oil delivery order on 2/9 with delivery date of 2/11. By 2/12 — heading straight into a holiday weekend — the oil had still not been delivered. There was no proactive communication, no urgency, and absolutely no guarantee that my order would be fulfilled in a timely manner. The only updates I received were when I took it upon myself to call. Easy to order online. Helpful customer service when I’ve had questions. They were very understanding when it was clear that the old gauge on our oil tank was inaccurate.
