I had this company come out and give me an estimate on a roof replacement, they showed up the next day, TJ was very professional and explained everything to me, they got me scheduled very quick, the guys showed up and did the work and was done in no time and cleaned up everything. Their estimate was a little higher that a couple of the others that came out, but you get what you pay for, I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anybody. Josh's communication skills are top notch. They got to the job quickly, did excellent work, and kept me informed every step along the way. They also provide industry best warranty. Highly recommend. Update: had guardian exteriors back out twice to fix shingles coming off. Now I have a major leak over the garage and can't get in touch with anybody.

Called because I needed help with some siding that came loose. It is really a small repair but on a weird part of my house. I set up an appointment for a quote and cleared up my schedule for that day. The time window came and left, and I asked why they didn't show up. They told me it was because of an emergency they had on a job. I followed up with them THREE ADDITIONAL TIMES to set up a new appointment via text and was completely ghosted! Sorry that you don't want my business. I'll find someone else.
