Agents be aware. Escrow Officer Shalini will share your client’s emails with the seller’s agent. Very Unprofessional practice. When I asked her kindly not to share, her response was that the seller had the emails in the PSA which was not true and kept sharing it in the coming communications. I will not recommend this company.

I have been working with Lisa diligently for the past 3 weeks on a file that we have been looking to close. Its been one of the most challenging files that we have done and Lisa has been the most professional, kind, patient person ive ever worked with. If you have a challenging project that you are looking to close, make sure you use Lisa Dennis. I would rate her skillset, knowledge, and expertise 10/10
