Guardian Auto today is superb! Two years ago the criminals that ran this place closed up and left. Thank God they're gone!! These new people are amazing. Really care about customers and offer polite service. Full disclosure, I am a car collector and neck deep in automotive things for 45 years. I know a lot about cars. I know when I'm being snowed. These guys are very honest. I've been here several times since they opened and I couldn't be happier.
The owner Shawn was incredible. His service is always above and beyond. His prices are incredibly fair. His experience is extensive and highly knowledgeable in all realms of auto repair. My parents use him. And sister and brother in law and his family also go to him. Thank you Shawn. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Beware!!! Don't leave your car unattended!!!!
Shawn the owner is absolutely Rude person. I asked him for a napkin and he referred me to washroom. when I told him that I don’t have good feeling about washroom’s napkin he told me that his washroom is cleaner than my home. I was his customer for almost 3 years and he always cleaned my engine air filter instead of replacing it for 3 years because he doesn’t have it.
I had a very disappointing experience here .The customer service was poor, the owner shawn was rude and unprofessional, and I also encountered racist behaviour to Iranian people. I can’t recommend this place at all.
