Make sure when moving into a HOA development that Guardia Association Management does NOT run your HOA. * poor development management * poor leadership execution * Kaden Gayle who is supposedly a manager pawns off concerns and kicks the can Guardian loves to fine tenants and homeowners BUT the development is full of trash, broken fencing, uncovered street drains.. If the HOA can’t follow the rules you cannot expect the residents to follow! Way too many developments to be living in a poorly managed environment.
I'm a tenant, & was provided their contact by my landlord back in May 2025, as I wanted to report a disturbance in the neighborhood caused by loud neighbors disturbing the peace. The HOA person I corresponded with believe her name is Donna or Deborah, however she is useless. Her response to my email concerning the loud noise was for me to record them so that she can send my recording to them evidencing the noise. What type of inept unprofessionalism is that? Very poor management with this company I will be reporting them to the BBB soon. The community manager never follows up. The phone numbers are never answered yet they constantly send you mail notices.
Live in Tavolo Park, got a violation letter for leaving trash cans in drive way on a ‘non trash day.’ But the date on letter was actually a trash day 🤦♀️
