Guardian Angels Care came into our lives at the perfect time. From the very beginning, the entire team showed patience, understanding, and compassion toward my mother. They communicate daily, keep us informed, and make sure she feels loved and respected. They treat her like family, and it gives us peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands when we can not be with her. I am very thankful for this team.
This company is negligent, unprofessional, and dishonest. They stole from my grandmother and failed to provide even the most basic standard of care. Instead of taking accountability, the owner, Ms. Thomas, has been sending harassing text messages to my aunt for leaving her honest review. It’s shameful and deeply unethical. This is not just bad service — it’s a complete violation of trust and human decency. No family should ever go through what ours did. If you love your family, do not let Guardian Angels near them.
Very rude management Unprofessional things were taken from my mother‘s home as well as misuse of bank debit card. Overcharged in monthly bill, which was reimbursed after threatening legal Action. Biggest mistake ever leaving my mother under their care😭
