I would think twice about using this company, there workers show up late always but expect to leave on time , taking phone calls while working which is completely annoying as you are here to work and not be dealing with your boyfriend or family members unless you are a single Mom/Dad, some think there better than others and act like there house/home life is perfect and say yes to the job presented then go back to the agency complaining about the job they just did. As a HHA worker for gaurdian this review may bit a bit biased, but as someone who has worked for various healthcare locations, I have to say this agency is one of the most caring, efficient, and hard working locations I have ever worked for, I cannot praise the schedulers enough for their hard work, Laurie who has worked so diligently to help build me a client base, and Cheryl who has done such an amazing job helping me get my clients what they need and working with me to assure everything goes smoothly! The position was presented as a direct care job, but in reality it feels more like a cleaning job. I am expected to clean the entire house, including mopping floors, doing laundry, washing dishes, and other household tasks, all within two hours. This goes beyond what I understood the role to be when I accepted the job. In addition, I was told that the pay rate would be $19 per hour, but on some days I have only been paid $15 per hour.
