Bad company I work for them armed for a despencery in long beach.my supervisor was Fernandina they don't know how to conduct business. They pay u under the table .last year I didn't get my w2 form I ask them about it and they ignore my calls .people don't bother applying for this company.owner name is oscar. And don't trust Fernando.
I have been working for Guard Pros Security Services for over 2 years now. I have no real complaints. It's a good company to work for. They are growing. I get paid on time and I also get my W2 forms, so I do not know why Mr. James would say all that nonsense. Mr. James must be an angry former employee who was probably fired for something dumb.
yea it sounds good for companies who needs security officers for cheap. but as far as employment go. I wouldn't suggest it to anybody who is eligible to work in the us. unless your out here illegally and don't have your green card. because this job pays all of his employees under the table. owner Oscar garica had me and few other of his employees waiting every 3 weeks for a two week pay check. and most of the people I was working with was carrying a gun and didn't even have a firearms permit. it's good for when u need security but not when your looking for a job. unless your looking for something under the table that witch doesn't involves w2's or medical benefits. then more power to you if you decide to work for a security company. which when something happens to you on duty. hospital bills is coming out of your own pockets. I been working for this company a year now. haven't seen no signs of medical benefits and on top of that I'm not getting paid on time.
