Loved this place. Visited Colorado in October and loved it. We ended our trip here for lunch before our flight. A perfect way to end a much needed r&r trip. I loved this Sage whiskey drink they had during happy hour. I liked it so much i wanted to copy it at home. Well i called the g&g and the head pastry chef Joy Williams personally emailed me the exact recipe. I think that says alot. It brought this perfect ending home and i cant say enough. Everything was phenomenal as usual. The new side item of delicata squash was so outstanding I spent the rest of the night trying to figure out how to recreate it at home. Thank you for a fantastic evening!
