I bought a house built in 1999, and the garage door opener was dated and quit working. Nick came right out and did a very quick and clean install with a modern opener that has wireless and can be run using an app. I am able to check my door status wherever I am, and get alerts if the garage door has been opened. Very competitively priced. I highly recommend!
Our springs broke on our garage door. After doing a ton of research I chose to use Guaranteed Overhead Door. Nick came out and quickly assessed the situation. He replaced the broken springs with better-rated springs and he also fixed our opener and the track. He noticed that it wasn't installed properly. I contacted Guaranteed Overhead Door late on a Thursday, about my garage door. Told them what was wrong, they came out on a Sat morning and fix it in less than a hour. Then I ask if he could put the nylon rollers on the door, he put them on the with ease. My garage door is fix and it is so quiet whenever you open it or close it. Thank you Guaranteed Overhead Door.
