I was in a total panic when my dog wet on the guest room carpet. Company was coming in two days. I took a chance and called David after hours. He came almost immediately and cleaned it and wouldn’t be compensated for it. That is what one would call”great customer service”!! We are fortunate to have him and his company in Central Oregon! A
