Specialties We are a small family owned, americanized chinese restaurant. The food is mostly made to order. We can make things gluten free, vegan and avoid food allergies in most things. We do use msg but it can be left out. Some things not on the menu that we offer are Korean noodle soup, curry rice noodles, salt and pepper shrimp and chow fun. By far the best Chinese in the valley. We have spent years looking for a place like this. We get takeout at least once a week. Only downside is I wish I knew why they keep closing for a week or two at a time 😫

from the east coast where chinese food is incredible. Have been searching for 12 years out here with no luck until we found gangzou. Hands down THE BEST Chinese in Boise. Go here once a week now.
