Been going to them for about 5 years, at first they were good. Now I am always having trouble with getting my meds refilled and getting prior authorizations from them. The nurse called me last Friday to get my labs done, since my Insurance requested them, mind you I called last Tuesday to get the prior authorization from them. Ive been coming here for a few years. But this time i really needed an antibiotic and the doctor was cruel he didnt give it to me. I dont have anywhere else to go here where i live.

Mostly, the only people who seem to know what they are doing are the doctors. I needed a DBQ from my doctor for the VA, but the admin refused. I needed a Nexus letter from my doctor, but they refused to honor that request. Lastly, I needed my Private Medical Records, as usual, they kept transferring me over the phone from one office to another, and when I was able to speak to someone, she was supposed to send me an email, but I never received any email.
