The short, dark-haired man who's working today at about 4:30pm, he was very rude. I shouldn't have to ask for my receipt, and when I do, I shouldn't be met with sighs and an attitude as though I'm causing an inconvenience. Providing a receipt and treating customers with basic courtesy are fundamental parts of good customer service. Most places greet you when you walk in and thank you for your business before you leave.
