If I could give 0 star I would. I have some hearing loss and went to the clinic for a quick prognosis and prescription for the pain. All the doctor did was check my ears and told me to lose weight. She said she’d schedule me to see a specialist but didn’t even prescribe anything for the pain ! Don’t come here even if you where on deaths doorstep.

Don't go, medical service horrible they just want to squeeze your insurance out, staff so rude and order you to have blood work done or doctors won't see you.
Gave it one star just because they do accept walking-ins. With or with appointment you are gonna be here more than two hours. I came in for blood work since yesterday I was a walking and had to come back for blood to be drawn. My dad was a patient for years but he finally gave up on them they had him always wait at least 3 hours. Rafael Okamoto was a good doctor to my dad.
