Really impressed with this clinic. Dr. Andrew and the whole staff are very helpful and super friendly.
Can call everyday for a week leaving messages nicely asking for a call back with no response, the receptionist comes off as rude when you have questions or concerns and the dr will say he’s going to do something but it magically never happens. I get this is a low cost clinic and I’m sure it gets overwhelming in that office but it’s no excuse for letting patients fall through the cracks and receptions to be rude.
I went in trying to see if they would see my daughter. Front lady at the desk before I even get to ask her anything and before we even make it all the way through the door she says “what do you need?” Very rudely and when i get to talking to her right away before I even finshing what I have to say “oh we dont see kids here” with a mean mugging look on her face the whole time. Im pretty sure they are not obligated to be nice but I think a little bit of customer support and kindess would go a long way.
