My friend called this shop to schedule a bumper repair at her home. When the worker arrived, his behavior was deeply inappropriate and concerning. He made unwanted sexual remarks and repeatedly pressured her to let him use the upstairs bathroom in her apartment. When she offered him the public bathroom instead for apartment guests, he became visibly upset and agitated. Where to start? I called and asked about a bumper install. Man on phone by name of William said to pull up. I pulled up -and turns out he wasn't going to be there till noon. Other man there Jacob is there and is an absolute creep. Not a female friendly shop. Don't recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
