I placed a pickup order through the Chownow portal they recommended. When I arrived, the restaurant was locked and completely closed, even though both online and on-site signage said they were open. I paid $21 for food I couldn’t pick up due to this. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend ordering from here unless they improve their communication and reliability. I had high hopes, it went down when they served lettuce with the pozole and acted like I was crazy for saying it is not served with that, even the menu says it will be served with cabbage..they told me that the Horchata was bad that was in the mixers.. positive point I got a Mexican coke.. I will not eat here again,
