Excellent food and wait staff. I will recommend it to everyone.
We entered at 9:40 on a Friday night. We immediately asked if we were too late to still be served. The hostess stated it was not a problem and to please come in. We were promptly served chips & salsa and a drink order was taken . The waitress took our orders in which I requested mine (fajitas) be cooked way down. Almost immediately our orders came out. Ate there Thurs with a friend. The food is scrumptious and the waitress was very nice and gave us plenty of time to look over a great menu!!! Fried ice cream was great...will be back every chance I get!!!

Guacamole is the best Mexican restaurant around. The staff is friendly and provides wonderful service. The food comes quick and is delicious!
We visit Princeton a few times a year and always eat at Guacamoles and least 2 times or more each visit. The food is fantastic and reasonbly priced, and the staff is so attentive and fun!
