Our Fajitas are great we have chicken, Beef & Shrimp and much more. We have the capabilities of Hosting big groups and we cater. We have buffet everyday from 11am - 3pm We also have a fully stocked bar.

Good Food, Good Vibes, Great Service
Dirty flat top grill, that fryer oil look older than my grandma and she died 2 years ago. This restaurant needs to clean their equipment. And when I was working there as a buzzer I saw roaches crawling around the kitchen. Place has potential but really needs to clean up.
Had the largest burrito today delivered!!!! The burrito arrived grilled and hot not soggy at all. sides were grilled onions and peppers which were done to perfection; not soggy and they held their textures even during delivery. I ate all the radishes before i had a chance to taste them.

I think now more than ever we should appreciate small businesses like Guaca Maya, who have kept their doors open to give us quality hot meals in the form of carry out, delivery and my favorite Buffet items to go! The resilience restaurant and bar owners have at this time is truly amazing. Keep it up you guys
