The staff has poor listening skills! I requested for one thing yet staff insisted and kept pushing for what she wanted! I feel bad for this location, this used to be really good! Sadly, won’t come back!

We’ve been loyal customers for a long time, which is why today’s experience was disappointing. The chicken we received was extremely dry and unchewable—we had to spit it out because it wasn’t edible. We called to give honest feedback, but the girl staff member insisted everything was fresh and offered a discount on next visit, assuming it was about taste. It’s not—the issue is food quality.
