Very disappointing experience at Guac Maxi Grill in Carleton Place. The bowl I ordered tasted so bad that I couldn’t even eat it. It genuinely did not taste fresh or well made. I called politely to explain the issue, hoping for some understanding or a simple solution, but instead the owner kept arguing with me and telling me that my “taste buds don’t match their food.” Rather than listening to a customer concern, they were dismissive and unprofessional the entire call.
