Only gave 2 stars because Dr Gu herself is wonderful and her nurse is amazing. Tracey at the front desk should learn compassion however. Telling me that my elderly homebound mother was a nurse for a long time and therefor should know what to do with the piece of paper they mailed her is beyond rude. That seems to be a trait of hers as when I tried to explain she had been on a vent and wasn't the same, she just talked over the top of me and told me basically it wasn't her problem. Dr. Gu try’s extremely hard to help her patients. She is a caring doctor who also listens to the patient and the family, I was told by the hospitals to pull the plug on my wife and let her die. I refused to just let my wife of 30 plus years just die without trying to help her. That was almost 3yrs ago: Thanks to Dr.Gu she is still with us today.
