Excellent service and care, Dr Karen Woodcock is a talented and experienced dentist as are her colleagues.
Have to agree with another reviewers comment of the receptionist being on a power trip. Have been a loyal customer for both my children. But the manner in which she recently dealt with trying change my appointment was not acceptable. I make my appointment months in advance due to time constraints with my son’s schedule when an appointment needed to be move recently due to issues on their end she was unable to offer me any further appointments for another month in advance and blamed me on the phone.
