A well-run facility that made training whilst travelling refreshingly simple. GTT Performance Centre has a strong old-school feel, with classic Atlantis equipment that gives the gym a solid, no-nonsense atmosphere. There’s a clear attention to detail in the setup. They have a big variety of gym equipment. It can be very busy but usually not too busy early in the morning.

This is a great gym with nice showers as well! If you’re traveling through, this gym has everything you need for working out and good options to choose from on how many days you need (1, 3, or 7 day pass options).

I recently started getting some personal training from Spiro following a shoulder injury that required some rehab. He has been an excellent trainer overall. Spiro will examine each rep of every workout and let me know how it could be improved, and keeps track of my progressive overload so that I don't have to. He is also very flexible with his availability, which helps a lot.

Really great gym! Josh and the team have a great welcoming vibe. Lots of good equipment. Not too busy when I go (around lunchtime). Group classes look really good too (havent tried yet though). Nice little touches like bottled water and coffee. Bathrooms available with shower etc.
