Our truck came at 6pm , and waited 45mins to be serviced , mechanic started checking at 7:10 pm , and after 40mins said that 5th wheel needs to be replaced , we waited till morning to get quote we got 3k estimate for 5th wheel replacement and declined the service , after that we got invoice for 560$ it is 3 hours of labor , i asked why he is charging for 3 hours while he did not work even 1 hour, he told me that he tried to adjust 5th wheel for 2 hours which is lie , and said price is not negotiable do not come here if you d... read more

Avoid these people .....I had a disappointing experience with this truck repair service. I called for roadside assistance to perform a forced regeneration on my truck. The technician, Austin, arrived and after diagnosing the truck, said regeneration wasn’t possible due to a sensor issue.All this he find out in 20 min .He then advised me to take the truck to their shop. This is the worst place I ever saw.they put aftermarket radiator after two days its coolent leaking start from rediator and they not put any belt to secure the radiator
