After I applied, I never received email confirmation of an apication submitted or receipt for purchase. On top of that I had to call and reach out to the company to see if they received my application. Upon call I was told I was the only application submitted meaning I was the first. I made 100,000k on my bank statement but was still denied for the house. Even when I was the first to submit an application with all passing qualifications. Great company to work with. Very professional and excellent communication
I am very unhappy with this company. I submitted an application on Tuesday no one ever called to let me know they received my application. I had to call them. I called every day from the day I sent in my application to check on my app I was told by the leasing agent she is working on my application and then will need to send to owner for a answer and she will call back. Never received a call back until I called in on Friday for a follow up. Then I was told the owner declined the application. If you asked me, the application ... read more
