I've been using GTO gate openers since 1996. They used to be good... but I purchased a new one after Hurricane michael, and got the remote entry system that allows you to control the gate from anywhere you have data on your phone. It worked OK for a few months and then would not stay connected to the internet... so the green light said. I've had to replace the GTO gate locks about every 9 months so I asked for help in resolving the issue. I was told its an install problem & locks will last 5 years. I asked what in your experience in the install process can cause the problem. Reply was it has to be an install problem and we can't know what you did wrong. This is not customer service. Maybe that's why I see so many in the County dump. Too bad it won't allow no stars or I would have done that.

Called 3 times with 3 separate questions and barely waited on hold at all. Don't know why the customer service got such bad reviews. Maybe they made some changes? Would definitely recommend.

Hires convicted criminals who steal from the government and tax payers as an administrative assistant making more than most parents do combine in a year. I would give this less than 1 star if I could. Clearly this company agrees with that type of behavior.
