I had my house cleaned by them today. I am happy with the results. I had some concerns around a part of the house after the cleaners had left , owner dropped by herself the same day to re-do it which was nice.
We’ve hired GTAMegaCleaning to clean our Uncle’s house twice now. Before the first time, the house hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Our senior Uncle was not comfortable with people being in the house. Given the extremely poor condition of everything, they did a great job and made a huge difference in his home and quality of life. 2 other ladies came 2 weeks later and did an equally good job. We are very happy with the work of GTAMegaCleaning and will continue to engage their services.

My experience was disappointing. After providing my home’s square footage (1,770 sq ft), I was told the deep clean of the main and upper floors would take around 6 hours and that all cleaning supplies would be provided. But the night before, I was asked whether she needed to bring supplies even though she stated that she provides all the cleaning supplies.
