We had a wonderful experience at this medical clinic. The medical receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and cooperative. She was helpful throughout our visit and made the registration and appointment process very easy and comfortable. The doctor was excellent and took the time to check our whole family carefully. Great reception, poor treatment. Booked an appointment off work to check on headache and possibly clogged ear from earwax. Reception was incredibly nice, facilities look clean and tidy. No one else was waiting in reception. Treatment however, only lasted two minutes. Physican took 20 seconds to check my ear, told me it's nothing. I asked if it should get washed out or removed, but he already took his gloves off and finished the appointment. What a waste of time.
