came here to drop off a scrap car, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had. The communication and professionalism were terrible. The guy on the forklift was yelling at me to pull forward, but I couldn't hear him because of all the noise due to the other machinery. There were other workers standing around who could've easily come over and helped, but nobody did. Then the forklift driver dropped my car onto my trailer and permanently damaged the frame.
