Stay away! From Gus Issa!! By far the worst decision I have ever made in my life is buying a GT Issa home!! Arrogant, unprofessional, and an awful Person! Lacks customer service even withna one builders warranty!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
The only thing premier about GT Issa homes is the price. These homes are a polished turd as the quality is only cosmetic. The structure of the home is riddled with building code violations and other defects that you get stuck remediating the mess. And yes, you’ll spend more $$$ and time trying to get Gus to take any sort of accountability for the abortion of what they claim is a “premier” home.
After my experience with GT Issa I would never ever willingly give the recommendation to buy a home from Gus Issa or ever consider doing so myself again. This man met me, my family and newly pregnant wife at one of his for sale new construction homes and convinced us to pay for an upgrade prior to closing bc it helped his team finish the project and not have to come back after the deal was complete.
