We have been using G&T for a few years now. They're always thorough and will take the time to explain our systems to us. Recently our AC/Heat Pump went out so we had them come out to see if they could fix it and get us a quote on replacement. Turns out it had to be replaced so they got us a full bid for replacement to a high efficiency system and new furnace. 01/13/25- fair price and labor, for inducer motor that was starting to seize. Called and received prompt response by owner, Gary. Noah did repair & was very professional and checked over twice, to make sure everything in check. Recommended Spring service- I agreed. GREAT BIG SHOUTOUT 📣 to G & T Heating in West Salem for the most amazing service!!! Called them this morning they called me back within minutes that they found my heat exchanger at a supplier in LaCrosse. They were at my house within an hour and furnace is back up and running!
