Lou is top notch and very helpful when it came down to me owning my 1st boat and having him service it for all my repairs he’s my go to guy. I highly recommend him and his team! Gt boats
Solid shop! I had had some questions regarding a recently picked up jet ski and was blown away by how helpful Lou was. My SeaDoo's oil system was modified and I was scratching my head trying to figure out what the heck was going on with it. Lou knew exactly what the previous owner did and gave me some tips for things to check and gave advise on prevetative things to do, super friendly and extremely helpful! I know exactly where I'm taking my ski if it needs work in the future! Thanks Lou!!
Called them because I needed a new motor in my sk boat. Used them years ago on my jet boat and was very satisfied. This timed I call to see if they were interested in replacing the motor and if they had time. Spoke with someone who answered the phone with just a hello(Not Gt Boats) and he said sure to my questions. He asked me to call him back in 30 minutes for a price and availability. I did . I cannot say enough good things about Lou and his team!! Not only did they fix my jet skis at a reasonable price, they also showed me how to maintain it, clean it, operate the trailer, and how to do many things the previous owner failed to mention (I am a first time owner and user)!! Also, other repair shops (without looking at my jet skis) were coming up with all sorts of possibilities that were costly, Lou quickly recognized that the old jet skis just had very old gas that failed to let it run properly.
