We feel scammed. After payment was taken we were notified that someone else was already being considered. Why take our money? You knew this beforehand. Poor coordination and communication from Kathleen and Keith. Now we are highly concerned about our personal information that has been collected.
I used Keith's service in 2024 and my experience was very unsatisfactory. After I agreed to have Keith rent out my townhouse in Alpharetta, I found his communications to be lacking in many respects. I realized I had a problem when it took many months to rent the unit in a busy market where another unit in the complex rented in a matter of days.
