GSI Management, GSI Constructionand GSI Investments have horrible service the past 4 months. They constantly going up on the rent and not maintaining the homes. I would not let them build me a paper house. Numerous of leaks and flooding after construction. This guy is a realestate broker not a professional builder. It has taken over 2 years and .y warranty items have not been completed. Lawsuits pending these companies are a joke !
