I made an appointment with Cheryl at Ferguson to order two bathroom vanities. She helped me find exactly what I wanted, but then never sent a quote or helped me to get an order placed. I called, emailed, sent the requested photos and measurements but was ghosted by her and received no follow up from anyone else at this company. Do not recommend based on this experience. Called to see if it was possible to schedule an appointment outside of their listed business hours. The woman who took my information said she was retiring and it was her last day but someone else would reach out to me. No one ever did.

walked in to pick out a kitchen faucet. i had previously used them for my 1/2 bath reno (and my wall mount sink depth was incorrect). i was emailed 3 options bc of a time crunch and picked one out. our contractor who has a wholesale account said to email for his pricing and hed place the order. steve told me basically to pay or have the door hit me on the way out. when our contractor called to then order it, they denied him. this ultimatum game ended up losing several customers. while i understand the sales process, i dont n... read more

Nancy Buehrle at the GSI Bath Showplace in Doylestown, PA helped us to create the most beautiful half bath! She has an arts background and was SO much fun to shop with! My husband and I were in the store several times shopping and discussing materials. Nancy was patient and very helpful as she showed us numerous options in different price ranges.
