I went to this clinic as a new patient after getting a referral from my doctor. I was only eight minutes late, and they refused to see me. I also spoke with the front desk on the phone, and they were extremely cold and rude. I understand that being on time is important, but I felt the way they handled the situation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ll be asking my doctor for a referral to another clinic. I definitely won’t be going back here.

experience at this clinic was absolutely unacceptable and one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider. After travelling a significant distance for my appointment, I arrived approximately three minutes late due to an unforeseen family emergency involving my son, who is currently battling cancer and became ill during the drive, forcing me to stop twice because he was vomiting. Dr. Saman Razzaghi and his staff are the best. Dr. Razzaghi is very professional in the field of pain control and I had the best experience with him in GSH Pain clinic. I have never had the improvement that I had with him in other clinics and other doctors.
