RecommendedPete was very professional, quick and efficient. He did not bat an eye when he found out we were deaf. Communication was easy with him via texting and writing on paper. He cut out a couple copper pipes that were slowly leaking behind our washing machine and replaced it. He also replaced both of our bathroom tubs fixtures and helped us pinpoint where the vibration we could feel when hot water was turned on. Pete is the best! I'm a manager of a hotel and we had a big job coming up and we needed help ASAP. We had 104 vanities that were being replaced and we needed plumbing completed quickly and efficiently. We had limited time available and a lot of plumbing that needed to be done. I’m doing a rehab in DeKalb. I contacted G’s R to help with a missing pipe and to de-winterize the water lines. They took the time to check every water fixture to make sure everything was up and running, discovering a bad flange pipe which could have been costly. Very friendly and great to work with.
I have had multiple great experiences with G’s R! Recently Pete has been very helpful in fixing a few different issues I’ve had. Definitely recommend
