We recently purchased mattresses and had a wonderful experience. Mohammed assisted us throughout the process—he is extremely humble, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us with honesty and care. The quality of the mattresses is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Was on Kennedy road to do some new house shopping and by chance came across GRV, we had no plans of buying bedset but GRV team was so polite and honest we ended up buying bedset that matches our decor. One of the best team to talk with, we were confused on the items, but the team was patient and kind to help us throughout starting with measurements and product information. Was a pleasant meet and we are extremely happy with our experience.
My family and I were literally in the store for 5 minutes, because that is how uninterested and uninviting the sales team was. Thanks to them we walked next door and purchased a beautiful couch. Service really matters!!

I paid the full amount before delivery for a bed set. It's been 2 weeks since I received the broken pieces. They keep saying they will update me on Monday about replacing the broken parts, but that has not happened.
