April 7, 2026. I visited and scheduled a future appointment with a psychiatrist. As per my needs, I insisted upon an in-person visit. The office then spent 10+ minutes trying to figure out the scheduling software. Three heads were needed to schedule my one appointment. I am finally given a verbal confirmation: we have scheduled you an in-person visit at this date, time, and location. He did nothing. I think it is more of a color thing in there even though he has a colored receptionist. If you are colored, you are treated differently. It's an in and out glad you are gone thing going on. He wasn't like that when I first went there. Moved locations and changed into someone totally different. Everyone isn't treated the same. I see that with my own eyes. Shame so much of that in the world today.
Looks you in the eyes when addressing you. Hard to come by.
I have been going to Dr. Gruzin for 25 years and have always had an easy going experience. He is a great doctor that I would highly recommend to anyone.
