I have worked with Gruttadaria's Bakery for fundraisers multiple times yearly since 2007. Each time our organization placed large cookie, pastry, cake and pie orders with many variations within those orders. I cannot say enough how satisfied we were with the professional and friendly customer service and attention to detail. I ordered a cake for a baby shower last weekend! It was absolutely delicious and the detail with the decorating was great. Vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream filling with vanilla buttercream frosting. Cake was so moist and flavorful. Not too sweet. Many people from out of the area, that have not heard of Gruttadauria's, could not say enough about it. Thank you for a great job.
Always get their cookies, bought a pound and they were terrible, they were the butter cookies, I called and was told the baker was aware of it and bottom line too bad!!! VERY POOR customer service! Glad I didn't buy more! Will take my business to savoriabakery !!! Service is great there!!! never had an issue!
I love your Christmas cut outs! My favorite cookies that you make our the white pillow and lemon cookies! Please continue to make those. Also, the girls that work the counter, our very nice, especially, the one lady, I think her name is Pam! She's very friendly and helpful!!
