Looking back, I took an appointment here with my ex-wife as her suggestion to try marriage counseling. Glad I didn't stick with it for long, felt like it was a setup and biased from the beginning, and I might be incorrect! Way happier now and in a much better place!
Dr. John Gruszkos quite literally changed my life. Twice. The first time was getting me out of a clinical depression.. He was so successful, I came back to him to help me facilitate continued behavioral changes in order to achieve life goals. In short order, I blossomed. I continue to see him. After all at 68, I haven't finished blooming.
