Called in to check on the status of my bike on Tuesday December 18th. Byron has already been paid for services as of October 31st for the work that needed to be done to it. Ive only been in his shop 1 time in over 2 months of waiting on my bike and only made this 1 phone call in 2 months of waiting. Byron answers after about the 10th ring. I tell him who i am and what bikes mine and ask him if he knows about when my bike will be finished. There was a long pause followed by a 1 word answer...
